Snow In Clio

Here's my sister and mom with Baby Heath in the snow in Clio. Isn't he sooooo cute?!

New Year...New Adventures

With the coming of a new year came some new adventures in our household. The biggest adventure for us was moving into a "new house" as Ezekiel calls it. It's not new by any means but it's our new home. After four years of apartment living and our family doubling in size it was time for a move to a bigger place. I have some photos of our new house but am having trouble getting them uploaded. All of these pics came from my mom. Hopefully I'll have some pics of our house (in the snow) uploaded soon. We signed on our house at the end of the year and celebrated our anniversary on January 1 by moving in. We had a lot of help from our family, old neighbors, and our church family at TCC. Thanks so much to everyone who helped out. You guys were a tremendous blessing to us.
Cooking in the new kitchen. The people we bought the house from remodeled the kitchen and did a lot of work on the interior. The kitchen has a lot of new appliances and new countertops and backsplash. I think it's probably my favorite room. I can actually open the dishwasher and still walk through the kitchen at the same time!! Let's just say our last kitchen was SMALL!
Below is Damaris in her new bed. After nine months of sleeping in a pack-n-play, she is really enjoying all the room in her new crib. Her favorite thing to do is peek out from under the bumper pad after her nap and wait for someone to come get her. She also has her own room now.

Grandma Helen and Papa Thomas came to visit us at our new house. We had a great time with them. Ezekiel finally realized that my grandpa's name is the same as "Thomas" the train so hopefully he'll be able to remember it now.

Ezekiel playing with Papa Thomas' hat. He looked kind of thuggish with the hat on backwards and sideways and his crazy Mickey Mouse shirt Nana gave him.

Here's the newest adventure with Damaris. She's been army crawling all over the house. Here she is crawling through one of her new toys she got for Christmas. Thanks Betty and Aunty Emmy!
